CCT’s 2-day Business Analyst Fundamentals workshop will consist of a variety of demonstrations, hands-on activities and team exercises, enabling you to refine and enhance your problem definition and communication and problem solving skills.  You and your peers will identify and discuss strategies and tactics that your organization should be using to better define project scope and to discover, document and communicate requirements.
