This 1 day class is primarily for the displaced worker needing basic computer skills to function in today’s PC driven environment and PC skills used for job searches and application.

Course Objective:
You will investigate strategies to help you clearly define your problem, determine and present your solution, and monitor the results.

Instructor led, group-paced, classroom-delivery learning model with structured hands-on activities.

After completing this course the student should be able to:

    • Save a document (Save and Save as)
    • Creating a Resume Using a Template
    • Edit an existing document

    • Launching the Internet
    • Navigating to a specific Website
    • Set up an Email Account
      • Log on to your email
      • Send an email
      • Check for new email
      • Reply to and forward email
      • Attach a file to an email
      • Copy and Paste information into an email
