Six Sigma Black Belt Training and Certification

11-days, plus up to 5 hours of private coaching.

(Option 1) CCT’s public course is ideal for companies needing one or two employees trained.

(Option 2) If you have five or more employees needing to learn and certify, we recommend a customized curriculum based on your organization’s needs.  Ideally, the training is done at your site, working on your projects.

CCT’s certified Six Sigma Black Belt instructor has over 30 years of hands-on experience in manufacturing, with expertise in quality control, quality assurance, reliability, process engineering, and new product development.

Before training begins, we recommend our instructor and your employee(s) supervisor(s) agree on a project(s) that should be completed by the student approximately six months after the training at which time it will be graded by our instructor and given final approval by the supervisor.  The other option is for our instructor to assign a random project.
Green Belts – one project required
Black Belts – two projects required
